Sustainability is very important to us!<\/strong> We are one of the first law firms in Austria to be recognized in the Legal500 Green Guide<\/a>. That’s why we offer special fee arrangements to clients who can demonstrate a substantial commitment to ESG. ESG stands for “Environment, Social, Governance” and is intended to serve as a measurement module to show the sustainability of a company.<\/p>\n

Sustainability, as well as social responsibility<\/strong>, has long been one of the focal points of our firm. In this context, we have a special focus on sustainable financing<\/strong>: for example, we have extensive experience in advising Austrian banks on the implementation of ESG criteria in their services.<\/p>\n

Among our most important clients<\/strong> are Austria’s largest public transport companies, which we have advised on the expansion of the public transport network in order to reduce regional dependence on cars. This Causa was published by

\n<\/a> to develop an advanced new charging model for telecom services that allows consumers to donate a portion of their charges to nonprofit environmental or social projects.<\/p>\n
