He has been a lawyer since 2019. <\/p><p>As one of three experts, Sixtus-Ferdinand Kraus played a leading role in advising the Federal Ministry for Digital and Economic Affairs on the introduction of a modern, founder- and investor-friendly form of company in Austria. He is the author of numerous publications, in particular on corporate, company and capital market law and business-related civil law.
