Increasingly, companies are using outsourcing and cloudsourcing services that often have to meet specific regulatory requirements, on which we provide ongoing advice. For challenges in the area of cyber security, we have established our own cyber response team with IT consultants.
Digitization
We advise companies on the digitization of sales channels. This includes the legal design of webshops and customer journeys, onboarding, and the fulfillment of information obligations and claims for returns. In addition, we take into account the framework conditions that arise in regulated areas such as the financial market.

Outsourcing
We advise companies in all industries on outsourcing projects, especially in IT. We have particular experience in the financial sector. As this is one of the most regulated industries, we are able to draw on our experience in this area in other sectors as well and find state-of-the-art solutions that meet the highest standards.

Cybersecurity
Cyber crime has become one of the biggest risks for businesses. New cases of extortion become known almost daily, often involving demands for sums in the millions and the threat of even greater damage for those affected.
Business managers are obliged to adequately protect the company against such risks and to prepare for emergencies.
Such crisis situations require specific know-how and a well-coordinated team that, together with the affected parties, can clean up the systems, restore the business processes and thus limit the damage under the greatest time pressure.
We advise and accompany the management in such crisis situations, especially with regard to the fact that management decisions to be made in such situations must be legally sound and well documented in order to avoid personal liability risks of those responsible.
We are both preventive and reactive to cyber risk. For example, we review and negotiate cyber insurance policies so that they cover the risk situation as well as possible and all obligations are met. At the same time, we design internal policies on IT risk. In the event of a cyber incident, we can respond very quickly and provide comprehensive support to companies together with our IT experts. In doing so, we pay attention, among other things, to the due diligence obligations of the management, insurance law and criminal law requirements, as well as the framework conditions under company law.
